speed (instead of losing speed) when you play, is no longer a dream for

TIPS
Tips and advice
- Forward – Remember that your
arm movements affects your leg movements, find your natural pendulum
movement.
- Backwards – It can feel
uncomfortable to skate backwards. If that is the case, look upwards in
order to get better ...
- Crossovers – To run when you
make crossovers can look fast and cool, but do not get tricked into
beliving that is an efficient way. Avoid great leaps. Sneak like a
panther.
- Turns – 50 % of all turns
during av game from forward to backward reduces the players speed,
which results in tired players. Retain your speed.
- Coordination – By running on
the ice you can get a feel for where on the skate your center of
gravity should be.
"I have nothing to offer but
blood, toil, tears and sweat."
Churchill, Sir Winston Leonard Spencer
